Upgrade is invalid when upgrading to Access 7.0 due to version removed.

Cause:

This problem occurs because the earlier version of Microsoft Office or Microsoft Access that was on the computer has been removed before the upgrade. The Setup program for the upgrade must locate the earlier version of the software to start the upgrade process.

Solution:
